Research Down Syndrome Launches New Video

RDS has launched the first of a series of videos to help spread the word about exciting scientific breakthroughs in Down syndrome cognitive research.  This research is being conducted to identify and develop biomedical therapies to treat the intellectual difficulties associated with Down syndrome.   The video will encourage its viewers to support these efforts and to believe in the very real possibility that children and adults with Down syndrome will have access to medical therapies that will improve memory, learning, and communication, and assist them in achieving independent living.
